Long tempo on tap this morning, not much for breakfast so took in a gel here right before heading out to meet Reid, only live a mile apart… Roads were a bit slick in places, wind brisk…feels good on these days to get a solid effort in. Only the second of our marathon buildup, let the fun begin!
